1 Roles & Definitions

Xe6 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users ("Members" or "Players") of xe6.

3 Deposits & Payments

The following rules apply to all deposits made on xe6:

• Deposits can only be made through approved payment methods — Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposited funds must come from the member's own payment account. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds are usually credited to your account within a few minutes of a successful deposit. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Xe6 reserves the right to hold any deposit until verification is complete.
• Xe6 does not accept funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources under any circumstances. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, the following conditions must be met:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending completion of account verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, although bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are set at the platform's discretion, with separate limits applicable to VIP members.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Xe6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is disclosed before the bonus is accepted.
• A member may not benefit from the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to any other account.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as playing exclusively with bonuses while avoiding real cash risk — the bonus will be voided.
• Xe6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus credits will be automatically forfeited once a promotion expires.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games played on xe6:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are audited by an independent third party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game page.
• If the internet connection drops during a game, the game state will be saved on the server.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, xe6 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and all bets are settled in accordance with the rules.
• In Sports Betting, the official match result is considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xe6 platform:

• Attempting to alter game outcomes through fraud, hacking, or unauthorized software.
• Playing games using bots or automated systems.
• Using or stealing another member's account credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting the bonus system or employing bonus abuse strategies.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to introduce malicious code or viruses into the platform's systems or network.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Xe6 may suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any valid balance from your account before submitting the request.

9 Responsible Gaming

Xe6 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage our members to play responsibly:

• Never place bets beyond your financial means.
• Use deposit limits, session limits, and the self-exclusion feature.
• If you feel that gaming is affecting your daily life or relationships, take a break.

• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If a member's password is leaked or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.

12 Changes to Terms

Xe6 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be asked to agree to the revised terms upon their first login after any changes. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
